Creative Family Connections — Tuesdays, 6:30-8:00 pm, twice a month, at YMCA of Central Ohio/Hilltop (2879 Valleyview Drive, Columbus 43204). Art provides a way for families to express feelings they can't put into words, fostering greater self-awareness and promoting better decisions about health and survivorship. All materials provided. Zhineng Qigong — Thursdays, 10:30 am — 11:30 am. Qi means “life energy” and gong means “daily effort”; Qigong focuses life energy for different purposes including self-healing. Instructor: Debra Weisenberger-Lipetz.
